Regular maintenance and troubleshooting of Maplan/Engel injection molding machines and peripherals. Inspection and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, as well as liaison with production and technology.
Tasks
- Regular maintenance and troubleshooting of Maplan/Engel injection molding machines and their peripherals
- Inspection and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Diagnostics of electrical systems taking into account contact protection and safety engineering aspects
- Cleaning of hot and runner systems; checking heating elements and thermocouples
- Documentation of part replacements; logging faults in the maintenance system
- Quick and professional resolution of equipment downtime
- Liaising with production and technology - ensuring machine readiness

Requirements
- Electrical qualification
- Maintenance experience with injection molding or similar industrial machinery (minimum 2 years)
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Experience in electrical troubleshooting
- Basic computer skills
- Precision, ability to work independently, problem-solving skills
