For our automotive site in Kecskemét, we are seeking a dedicated Operational Site Manager who will take responsibility for daily production and rework processes and act as a central interface between our employees, the client, and management.
Tasks
- Operational management and coordination of all activities at the site
- Management, support, and scheduling of operational personnel
- Ensuring the smooth execution of vehicle rework operations
- Monitoring quality, productivity, and timely completion
- Participation in regular shopfloor meetings and client discussions
- Evaluation and tracking of relevant performance indicators
- Coordination with our client regarding personnel requirements, capacities, and scope of work
- Support in further personnel and site development
- Creation of reports and regular reporting to management

Requirements
- Experience in an operational management position, preferably in the automotive sector
- Technical knowledge in vehicle technology, production, or rework is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Hungarian and good knowledge of German or English
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Confident and professional demeanor towards clients
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- High awareness of quality and a strong sense of responsibility
