We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with 8 years of experience to lead complex, enterprise-wide data platform implementations built on Databricks. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the execution of data architectures from ingestion through the Medallion structure to modern consumption layers.
Tasks
- End-to-end management of modern data platform implementations built on Databricks.
- Run all scrum ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retros) for data engineering and data science teams.
- Track budgets, optimize compute costs, and manage technical risks (data quality, pipeline bottlenecks).
- Bridge the gap between C-level business requirements and technical execution.
- Partner with Product Owners and Data Architects to prioritize the technical roadmap.

Requirements
- 8 years as an IT Project Manager or Advisory Consultant, with a track record in complex data/cloud projects.
- Strong understanding of foundational AI and data platform concepts, including the architectural components of leading providers like Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Fluent English is non-negotiable.
