- Collaborate with project managers on software implementation
- Configure the system based on customer needs and support customization
- Test systems and support troubleshooting
- Maintain communication during implementation and post-go-live phases
- Conduct on-site training for warehouse users

Requirements
- Strong German and English communication skills
- Openness to frequent (80%) travel, mainly to Germany
- Creative problem solving and proactive mindset
- IT or logistics background with troubleshooting experience
- Good stress tolerance, quick adaptability
- Preferred: EDI knowledge
