Our partner is a steadily growing, established construction group with a solid ownership background, looking for an experienced Project Manager to fully oversee civil construction investments. We are looking for professionals with experience in managing multi-billion HUF projects who can independently coordinate technical, financial, and organizational tasks.
Tasks
- Complete professional management and coordination of civil construction projects
- Managing the work of project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Liaising with clients, designers, authorities, and other partners
- Ensuring project budget, schedule, and quality targets are met
- Preparing and tracking execution, financial, resource, and schedules
- Organizing and leading coordination meetings
- Supervising compliance with technical, technological, and occupational safety regulations
- Providing professional support for subcontractor tenders and contracts
- Preparing monthly management reports and project status reports
- Identifying and managing project risks
- Performing the duties of a responsible technical manager in accordance with regulations

Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering or other relevant technical higher education
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in general contracting as a project manager
- Valid responsible technical manager license
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and result-oriented mindset
- User-level knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
- Category B driving license
- Willingness to travel nationwide
- Negotiation-level English and/or German language skills is an advantage
