Tasks
- Resolving HR requests: deliver reliable end-to-end HR case support within defined scope, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Transformation: leverage AI-enabled tools to support case resolution, documentation quality and productivity, and participate in small-scale improvement or automation initiatives
- HR knowledge and skills: build your knowledge of HR policies, processes and employment practices across different countries, processes and policies
Requirements
- Team work and communication in a global environment: interest in work involving several countries, using clear written and verbal communication in English and local language as needed
- Accountability and time-management: respond to questions accurately and within agreed timescales
- Tech curiosity: interest in how technology and AI can enhance how work gets done and improve productivity
- Growth mindset: excited by new ideas, technologies and acquiring new knowledge and skills
- Confidence with verbal and written communication in English; in addition any of French, German, Polish would be preferred
