Professional support, coordination, and harmonization of the tasks of the Data Management and Optimization Group to ensure unified, efficient, and data-driven operations for data, master data, processes, and development initiatives related to the operation of the National Services organization.
Tasks
- Responsible for coordinating and developing cooperation between National Services, IT, Business Excellence and other relevant organizational units.
- Coordinates cross-organizational technological, operational, and financial efficiency-improving initiatives.
- Represents the professional interests of the Data Management and Optimization Group in company-wide projects and discussions.
- Manages stakeholder relationships related to the scope of duties and supports management decision-making preparation.
- Responsible for coordinating and harmonizing the professional tasks of the Data Management and Optimization Group.
- Supports the development of data management, operations development, and optimization solutions affecting the entire MOHU operation.
- Coordinates developments improving data quality, data consistency, and operational efficiency.
- Supports the development and introduction of the data-driven operational model.
- Responsible for establishing and developing supplier evaluation and service provider performance management systems.
- Establishes and develops the methodology and KPI system for service provider performance measurement.
- Supports the preparation of data-driven supplier selection and service development decisions.
- Analyzes service provider performance and develops improvement proposals to increase operational and cost efficiency.
- Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and support of implementation for data-driven operations development projects.
- Fulfills project management or professional leadership roles in cross-organizational development and transformation programs.
- Supports the introduction of organizational and operational changes and coordinates related tasks.
- Monitors the business performance of developments and ensures the sustainable operation of implemented solutions.
- Responsible for the corporate compliance of master data, data structures, and business rule systems of National Services.
- Ensures the alignment of national service master data with MOHU's public service data model and data asset structure.
- Coordinates developments concerning master data and related organizational cooperation.
- Ensures the compliance of data structures and master data necessary for state data reporting obligations.

Requirements
- Higher education in economics
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in data management, operations development, or project management
- Experience in coordinating cross-organizational developments
- Knowledge of data management and master data management
- Strategic thinking, result orientation, proactivity, initiative, cooperativeness, assertiveness, analytical thinking
- High-level communication and analytical skills
- Assertiveness, accountability, proactivity
- Intermediate English proficiency
- MS Office, knowledge of scheduling and optimization software/tool(s), SAP, SalesForce, PowerBI
