Join our dynamic Controlling team as we strive to provide best-in-class Controlling business partner services across the Region Europe and Industrialized Asia (EA). As part of the EA regional controlling team, you will be working to ensure business result achievement, risk management and governance in the region.
Tasks
- Regional business planning, steering, risk and opportunity management, and business partnering with business stakeholders
- Business Planning, Monthly reporting (MBR) and Forecasting in close collaboration with countries
- Maintenance of standard reports and fulfillment of ad hoc reporting requests
- Participation in business case and feasibility calculations
- Act as an interface between the business and various Controlling functions
- Support the countries with Controlling expertise and the use of central guidelines

Requirements
- An above-average Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable business field
- 1 years of practical experience in corporate Finance or Controlling
- Advanced Excel skills (familiarity with building VBA/macros is highly preferred) and a strong affinity for digital/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Analytical and results-oriented working style, entrepreneurial thinking, independent and transparent way of working, commitment, resilience, and high communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
