Tasks
- Operation and monitoring of production equipment and machinery
- Execution of current technological and quality instructions
- Performing minor repair work as needed
- Supporting TPM colleagues in the maintenance of operating machines, equipment, and the introduction of new technology
- Setting parameters in the machine/product program
- Performing various basic programming tasks if necessary
- Notifying the supervisor if quality indicators deteriorate beyond a specified value or in case of improvement suggestions

Requirements
- Secondary technical (electronic, electrical, or mechatronic) education
- Machine operating experience (electronics manufacturing)
- Willingness to work in 3 shifts
