Turn strategy into delivery. You'll design, implement, or orchestrate services and solutions that improve customer outcomes-owning plans, quality, risk, and measurable impact across projects and programs. You serve as the main client contact through the full implementation lifecycle, advising clients on how to activate and adopt AI-powered features within SuccessFactors.
Tasks
- Evaluate industry and technology trends to introduce industry-leading practices
- Map business processes to solution requirements, utilizing existing solution capabilities
- Support strategic and transition planning to align with business objectives
- Advise on disruptive business innovation and handle change management efforts
- Implement end-to-end solution-designed processes and configure various technological solutions
- Plan workshops, lead root cause analysis, and own delivery to go-live
- Mentor near-shore and off-shore consultants and partners as part of cross-border project teams
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Led implementations as a lead consultant
- Experience with Time Management, other SuccessFactors modules or Smart Recruiters
- Familiar with the AI capabilities in SuccessFactors
- Fluent English and German
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders with confidence
