team.blue is an ecosystem of successful brands working across European countries to provide SMB customers with online services. We are seeking a Head of Compliance to lead our central compliance function, translating regulatory load into actionable, scalable processes.
Tasks
- Act as a first-line advisory function embedded in group legal, working alongside legal and the business.
- Drive the practical implementation of regulatory requirements into the business lines.
- Own the group compliance agenda on data- and technology-driven legislation including GDPR, the AI Act, the Data Act, DORA and NIS2.
- Set the group standard, policies and playbooks on these topics.
- Own or coordinate the wider compliance agenda, including sanctions, AML, conflicts of interest, TPRM, fraud, consumer protection and business integrity.
- Own the group's compliance risk-monitoring and assurance loop.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer.
- Proven seniority at manager level, with the standing to promote compliance culture.
