We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in Budapest. The role is responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships within Modern Trade, driving commercial performance, and identifying new business opportunities.
Tasks
- Develops, maintains, and executes sales strategy, with a clear objective of achieving the company targets
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with key customers to maximize sales opportunities within them
- Works in a cross-functional team to develop business plans for the customers of his/her responsibility
- Develops the business with the customer, driving category growth and proposing activities generated by customer-specific insights
- Expands relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Coordinates effectively with many of the company's functions to provide the best possible service required to customers and business needs
- Prepares regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Leads business reviews with customer management and drives the agenda towards value creation for both sides

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or any other equivalent
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Business acumen with emphasis on analytical and critical thinking
- Strong results orientation and drive to achieve targets, accountability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and networking
- Flexibility to cooperate with diverse customers and associates
