Lidl is a stable, established company and one of Europe's most successful multinational businesses. Lidl Magyarország is the market leader among FMCG retail chains in our country. We are looking for a Talent Development Specialist for a fixed term (2 years) to work in Budapest.
Tasks
- providing project support tasks related to organizational development
- coordinating development programs
- organizing training, preparing workshops, liaising with external partners and departments
- preparing training reports
- participating in organization, providing background support
- translation tasks
- general administrative tasks: issuing, handling, and registering fulfillment certificates (TIG) and case orders
- preparing reports, statements, and spreadsheets related to the HR development department's operations
- organizing and preparing events and programs for the talent development area

Requirements
- higher education degree (specialization in organizational development is an advantage)
- minimum 1-2 years of experience as an assistant or in organizational development at a multinational company
- fluent German language skills both spoken and written (English language skills are an advantage)
- proactive personality
- analytical mindset
- structured, independent working style
- good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- social awareness, high-level communication skills
- having a category B driving license is an advantage
- knowledge of the Success Factors system is an advantage
