Tasks

  • Providing first-line technical support via phone, email and chat.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests.
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, application and access-related issues.
  • Logging, tracking and updating support tickets accurately.
  • Investigating technical issues and identifying solutions.
  • Escalating complex incidents to specialist teams when required.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and support records.
  • Delivering a high level of customer service and user support.
  • Working collaboratively with technology teams to resolve issues.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
