Tasks
- Providing First- and Second-Level Support for user inquiries
- Taking critical corrective measures in case of major malfunctions
- Preparing and ensuring the operation of newer system versions
- User rights administration (requesting and granting access)
- Defining and updating complex evaluations within performance metrics
- Supporting the team in case of technical or application issues
- Close cooperation with the development and IT department

Requirements
