The goal of the position is to support the T-Systems CCO Staff with a clear focus on communication tasks in German and English. The role concentrates on the preparation, creation, and ongoing maintenance of internal and external communication materials, as well as supporting management and presentation content.
Tasks
- Support for the T-Systems CCO Staff in communication tasks
- Creation and editorial processing of communication materials in German and English
- Content and visual preparation of internal and external communication documents
- Creation and preparation of presentations, slide decks, and management documents in German and English
- Participation in creating management messages, announcements, newsletters, and other communication materials
- Maintenance and updating of corporate presentations, intranet pages, and related content
- Creation of new intranet content and blog posts
- Support in preparing reporting documents and communication summaries

Requirements
- Current university studies in communication or a comparable degree program
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week
- Very strong German and English language skills, both spoken and written
- Very good linguistic intuition as well as a confident and sophisticated writing style in both working languages
- Strong communication skills, content comprehension, and a good eye for visual presentation
- Precise, proactive, and responsible working style
- Good organizational skills and structured thinking
- High attention to detail
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Interest in corporate communications, sales, or marketing is an advantage
- Active student status for at least another year
