Tasks
- Coordinating the work of room attendants, creating work schedules
- Organizing the cleaning of hotel rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards
- Defining work processes and standards
- Supervising daily work, ensuring cleanliness standards in hotel rooms and guest areas
- Actively supporting the work of the supervisor and substituting when necessary
- Ensuring continuous guest satisfaction
- Regularly checking cleaning quality, monitoring the correction of deficiencies.
- Continuous cooperation and communication with other department heads and the front desk
- Checking, recording, and ordering tools, equipment, and material supplies used in the department
- Participating in the selection process of new employees, training new staff
- Liaising with external staffing agencies, optimizing external labor costs
- Liaising with the laundry and other external service providers
- Optimizing the housekeeping department budget, labor, and material usage
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, occupational safety, and chemical handling regulations

Requirements
- You have relevant experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor
