Tasks
- Product development and operational management for retail and corporate credit card issuance
- Active participation in the creation and management of unsecured credit products and application processes related to credit cards
- Training and supporting the retail and corporate sales network, preparing sales support materials
- Analysis of market trends and competitors
- Development and preparation of campaigns related to credit card sales and usage stimulation
- Continuous monitoring and maximization of the business performance and profitability of credit card products
- Active participation in projects related to credit card products
- Identifying customer needs and developing product solutions
- Maintaining contact with partners and local/parent bank related areas
- Ensuring compliance with legal and card association obligations

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the bank card (preferably credit card) business area
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in project work
- College/university degree in economics
- English language, negotiation level
