Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Representative in Budapest. The position is responsible for resolving assigned incoming cases quickly and accurately, processing invoices, researching and resolving supplier disputes, and providing customer service in a Global Business Services environment.
Tasks
- Process and troubleshoot invoices accurately and efficiently throughout the month utilizing different ERPs and systems.
- Pro-actively chasing outstanding actions to ensure invoices are processed and paid on time.
- Research and resolve supplier disputes and issues, including root cause analysis and proactive steps to mitigate future issues.
- Provides customer service, answering and resolving questions and customer problems.
- Adhere to contractual payment terms to ensure the smooth operation of the business while maximizing cash flow.
- Maintains data tracking logs for metrics, production and compliance reporting.
- Mentoring and training a new member of the team.
