Robert Bosch Automotive Steering Kft. is looking for a Support Executive (Integration & Application Support Specialist) for its plants in Eger and Maklár. Tasks include the supervision and operation of data analysis applications, AI applications, agent-based systems, and Azure-based web applications in a production environment, as well as providing first- and second-line (L1/L2) support.
Tasks
- Supervision and operation of data analysis applications, AI applications, agent-based systems, and Azure-based web applications in a production environment
- Tracking transaction chains and data paths from physical production line resources to end users
- Active management of application interfaces (APIs, middleware)
- Providing first- and second-line (L1/L2) support in case of operational incidents
- Investigation of data availability, data quality, and data pipeline errors in Azure Data Lake and Databricks systems
- Performing regular and proactive application and infrastructure monitoring
- Collaboration with global development teams in troubleshooting
- Keeping operational documentation and knowledge base articles up to date

Requirements
- Degree in IT, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience as an integration expert, system analyst, or technical application manager in a global corporate environment
- Experience in operating business-critical applications in cloud-based (Azure) systems
- Excellent knowledge of enterprise application integration patterns, API gateways, and message brokers
- Solid knowledge of ITIL / ITSM frameworks and multi-application environment monitoring
- Conversational, confident English language skills orally and in writing
