Tasks
- Managing bill payment channels and related processes
- Managing collection processes, including tracking receivables
- Identifying and resolving issues arising during the collection process
- Adapting collection steps to business needs
- Preparing analyses and forecasts regarding the operations of the area
- Increasing efficiency from both a cost and customer perspective
- Supporting decision-making processes with presentations, analyses, and documentation
- Managing contracts with external partners, monitoring conditions
- Maintaining contact and negotiating with internal and external partners
- Participating in corporate-level projects and initiatives

Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
- Higher education (degree in economics, finance, or marketing is an advantage)
- Fluent English language skills in both spoken and written communication
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent cooperation and communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and decisive attitude
- Basic use of artificial intelligence tools
