The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP's global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. You will be supporting mostly SAP frontend products and interacting directly with customers through chat and phone to help solve real-world technical issues.
Tasks
- Interact directly with customers through chat and phone to help solve real-world technical issues
- Handle and follow up on customer support cases in collaboration with experienced engineers
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles (KBAs) to help others learn from your work
- Work closely with colleagues in Vienna, gaining cross-border teamwork experience
- Communicate regularly in English in a global, multicultural environment
Requirements
- Enrollment as an active full-time student in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, applicable to the related field
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Solid analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset
- Interest in technical topics and a willingness to learn (no coding experience required)
- German language skills are a plus
