Our client is one of the world's leading IT and logistics service providers. We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative / Logistics Sales Specialist with fluent Korean and communicative English language skills.
Tasks
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients, manage and develop existing customer relationships
- Prepare sales documentation, contracts, and presentations
- Organize customer meetings, sales discussions, and promotional events
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, orders, revenues, and outstanding payments
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and returns
- Coordinate sales processes, including invoicing and credit control activities
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance departments
- Collect market insights and customer feedback, and contribute to sales process improvements

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in logistics
- Professional experience in sales
- Fluent Korean and communicative English language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
