Autoliv Hungary is looking for a new employee for the position of manufacturing engineer in Sopronkövesd to develop and optimize manufacturing processes.
Tasks
- Development and optimization of manufacturing processes to increase productivity
- Monitoring and improvement of manufacturing metrics (OEE, LMPU, scrap rate, DPMU)
- Analysis of production and technological problems, root cause analysis, introduction of corrective measures
- Participation in continuous improvement and cost reduction projects
- Creation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation, work instructions, FMEA, Control Plans, and process descriptions
- Support in resolving customer and internal quality issues
- Capacity planning, line balancing, and manufacturing process improvement
- Preparation for audits and active participation in conducting audits
- Professional support for operators and production line workers

Requirements
- Higher technical education (mechanical engineer, mechatronics engineer, electrical engineer, automotive engineer, or other relevant engineering field)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage, but we also welcome applications from entry-level engineers
- Active command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, independent and responsible work
- Continuous improvement mindset and result-oriented attitude
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Confident computer user skills
