As a leading agile consulting company in the CEE region, Sprint Consulting now also supports clients with IT professionals on a T&M basis. We are currently looking for a Medior Scrum Master for a client project.
Tasks
- Development of 2 agile teams, supporting the proper application of Agile/Scrum principles and Scrum values
- Guidance, training, and coaching of teams in agile operations
- Support in removing impediments, protecting teams from external interruptions and obstacles
- Maintaining the use of metrics and other objective measures within the teams
- Evaluating the organizational adoption and utilization of agile practices
- Supporting the Product Owner in defining the product goal, backlog management, and planning
- Ensuring transparent collaboration with the Product Owner, Solution Architect, and IT Delivery Lead
- Leading, training, and coaching the organizational implementation of the Agile/Scrum mindset
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of an agile community with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and stakeholders
Requirements
- University degree in business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Scrum Master experience in an agile environment, with practical Agile rollout and implementation experience
- Knowledge of Kanban, Scrumban, Lean, SAFe, or project management methodologies
- Confident conflict and problem-handling skills
- Strong goal orientation and persistence
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Mentoring, leadership, and liaison skills
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Resilience, analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Confident written and spoken English language skills
