This role involves working with cloud-native tools and frameworks to design innovative Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions that meet customer requirements. You will support the T-Systems Public Cloud Product Management team and contribute to cloud solution implementation, automation, and service improvement initiatives.
Tasks
- Analysis and research of cloud-native tools and frameworks to design innovative Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions that meet customer requirements
- Supporting the T-Systems Public Cloud Product Management team in building and defining solutions based on customer and market feedback
- Contributing to cloud solution implementation, automation, and service improvement initiatives using Google Cloud technologies
- Participation in technical workshops and support for pilot and Proof-of-Concept projects
- Collaboration with senior architects and engineers to review customer workloads, provide technical support, and align solutions with Google Cloud best practices
- Support for customer proposals and presentations throughout the entire customer engagement lifecycle, from pre-sales to implementation
- Assistance in reviewing existing customer environments to identify areas for improvement, including cloud migration planning using Google Cloud services
- Building and customizing automated cloud-native solutions applying Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles using tools like Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager
- Contributing to the solution portfolio by creating templates, defining new features, and preparing technical documentation
- Collaboration with DevOps teams and support for troubleshooting measures for cloud-based system environments
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps practices, or cloud solutions
- Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Knowledge of major GCP services such as Compute Engine, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, and Firebase
- Familiarity with modern software development using Python, NodeJS, or Java
- Basic understanding of cloud networking
- Basic understanding of automation practices
- Basic understanding of security practices

- Strong communication skills in English
