As part of the expansion of our professional team, alongside our existing presales colleague, we are looking for a new team member who, as an expert in ELO solutions, will become a technical pillar for business partners and clients.
Tasks
- As an ELO expert, you keep up to date with and test new ELO features.
- You build and maintain your own test environment, where you assemble Business Solutions, Flows processes, workflows, and AI functions for demo purposes, and implement integrations with external systems.
- As the technical point of contact for our business partners, you install, test, and present new modules, propose new features, and support the onboarding and training of new partners.
- You liaise in English with ELO's German headquarters.
- You also participate in projects regarding installation and configuration.
- You deliver market-facing demos at webinars, events, and conferences.

Requirements
- A junior professional with a degree in IT or engineering, working full-time or part-time, potentially as an internship
- Good oral and written communication skills in English (knowledge of German is an advantage)
- Analytical, precise, and solution-oriented work approach
- Openness to continuous learning in an international team
- A distinct advantage if you have a special interest in the AI field and enjoy experimenting with new AI tools
