At Formlabs, we're building tools that make it possible for anyone to bring their ideas to life. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team by partnering with Technical Recruiters to find amazing talent.
Tasks
- Support Talent Acquisition by working and partnering with Technical Recruiters across the business to find amazing talent
- Engage in full cycle recruiting by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple departments
- Provide a best in class candidate experience from initial communication to final resolution
- Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practices

Requirements
- Active studies at a Hungarian university or college
- Ready to jump in and support hiring needs across the company: tech, marketing, services, sales, finance, etc.
- Have a bias for action and are solution oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (at least in English, Hungarian is optional)
- Naturally tend towards data to track results and improve process
- Love to establish connections, links and meet new people
