- Providing exceptional customer service to every guest following the 'guest first' approach and building genuine connections with them
- Consistently preparing high-quality beverages and food by strictly following recipes, presentation standards, and health and safety regulations
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized work environment so team members can easily access equipment and ingredients
- Connecting with guests, understanding their needs, and responding with clear and courteous communication
- Handling cash transactions and ensuring safety and security
