We're on the hunt for a Order to Invoice Specialist to join our vibrant team and play a key role in supporting international retail projects from quotation all the way through to final delivery and payment.
Tasks
- Support the full order lifecycle from quotation to delivery and cash collection, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
- Prepare quotations, configure products in our systems, and support contract and project administration.
- Coordinate with planning, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to keep deliveries on track and customers happy.
- Help manage returns, rework processes, and solve delivery challenges when they come up.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and some early professional experience in a business or support role.
- Confident Excel skills and SAP knowledge is a big plus.
- Advanced Italian & English skills.
- Open, proactive personality with willingness to learn and grow.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
