Deutsche Telekom is looking for a technical intern for its Kecskemét office.Our goal is to support sales and technical colleagues working in direct client contact and improve the technical registry based on the information received from them.
Tasks
- Repairing networks in the technical registry and performing administrative tasks.
- Organizing routing data for circuits that cannot be handled by automatic settings in the technical registry, as well as process elements designed for manual handling.
- Maintaining contact with experts and sales colleagues
- Supporting experienced colleagues in analyzing and solving emerging problems

Requirements
- You can easily balance your studies with 20 hours of work per week with a flexible schedule and remote work option
- You have an active full-time student status for at least 1 more year
- You study at a higher education institution (college, university)
- You are confident in using the MS Office package
- You have a high level of Excel and PowerBI knowledge (knowledge of functions, macros, practical use)
- You are precise and accurate, and characterized by openness
- You communicate excellently both orally and in writing
- Proactivity, good problem-solving skills, result-oriented personality, "can do it" attitude
- You like and can work in a team, but can also successfully complete your tasks independently
