- Keeping projects on the strategic track
- Formulating proactive proposals
- Coordinating and briefing subcontractors, following up on tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
- Preparing price quotes
- Continuous liaison with clients, accurate and precise communication
- Precise project management, organizing workflows inside and outside the team, capacity planning, prioritization
- Contributing to the preparation of tender materials, participating in client presentations
- Regular status updates with your manager, continuous monitoring and controlling of budgets
- Preparing presentations, analyses, and documentation
- Professional supervision of projects, operating our own quality assurance system
