Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for an HR Technology Specialist with Oracle HCM experience to join our team in Budapest XIII. Váci Greens office. The HR Technology Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, maintenance, and support of HR systems (HRIS, Learning Management System, Timekeeping, and Payroll), staying updated on trends, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Tasks
- Implements HR technology policies, processes, and solutions that align with business goals
- Supports managing Oracle HCM such as addressing system-related requests and performing regular system upgrades
- Supports the implementation of new functionality, customizations, and upgrades in Oracle HCM and associated applications
- Interacts with senior internal personnel and external vendors/shared service partners to conduct requirements gathering, analysis, troubleshooting, and design for HRIS systems
- Prepares reports, analytics, and dashboards for HR technology systems to support HR decision-making
- Stays updated on emerging HR technology trends and industry best practices
- Maintains Oracle HCM foundational tables and provides data entry and validation support
- Participates in the delivery of HR technology projects
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to assess and address skill gaps specific to HR technology

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or master's Degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of work experience with a master's degree or 5 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree, in HR Technology or a related field
- Oracle HCM experience
- Fluent English knowledge
