For our dynamically developing manufacturing partner with an established international background, we are looking for an experienced leader who can play a decisive role in managing the company's engineering and maintenance areas. This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced engineering managers who want to play a key role in improving production processes, implementing technical projects, and increasing operational efficiency.
Tasks
- Managing and professionally developing an engineering and maintenance team of approx. 10 people
- Comprehensive professional and operational management of production engineering and maintenance
- Coordinating the introduction of new products into production, production relocation and capacity expansion projects
- Developing production processes, equipment, workstations, and technological solutions
- Supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities, increasing equipment operational safety
- Preparing technical investments
- Supporting the resolution of production and technical issues
- Cooperating with the international engineering organization, suppliers, and external partners
- Reporting to the local managing director and foreign technical managers

Requirements
- Higher technical education
- Several years of experience as an engineering manager at a manufacturing company
- Management experience in jointly directing engineering and maintenance areas
- Active command of English, both spoken and written
