We are looking for TIG welders for the new Siemens Energy plant to perform tasks related to the manufacturing of gas turbine burners.
Tasks
- Preparation and assembly of parts to be welded based on drawings.
- Setting up the welding machine depending on the materials used.
- Tack welding and welding of parts according to the given welding instructions.
- Performing welding operations with manual, semi-automatic or automatic welding machines.
- Visual inspection of welded parts.
- In case of problems or deviations, recommending corrective and preventive solutions.
- Compliance with occupational safety, fire protection, quality and environmental management regulations.
- Maintaining workplace order (5S system).

Requirements
- Welder qualification (TIG)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Experience in process 141 (TIG welding)
- Experience in pipe welding
- Familiarity with the operation and use of semi-automatic and automatic welding machines
- Experience with FM3 material group and nickel-based alloys (nimonic, inconel, etc.)
- Mastering orbital tube welding
- Basic knowledge of office computer programs (MS Office)
