Tasks
- Daily technical support of automatic and semi-automatic production equipment
- Ensuring the smooth operation of production processes, quick troubleshooting of technical issues
- Fault finding, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions
- Fine-tuning and optimization of equipment to increase productivity
- Monitoring and evaluation of production data and performance indicators
- Cooperation with engineering and production departments during process improvement projects
- Professional support and assistance in training operators
- Keeping necessary technical and production documentation up to date

Requirements
- Secondary technical education (e.g., mechatronics technician, automation technician, electronics technician or similar field)
- Practical interest in the operation and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment
- Confident computer user skills (MS Office)
- Precise, independent, and responsible work
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule
