Tasks
- Comprehensive management of infrastructure development projects related to the airport (roads, utilities, engineering structures, etc.).
- Supervision and coordination of project implementation alongside own project management, directing subordinate project managers in related project execution.
- Support for project preparation stages (budgeting, procurement procedures, design, permitting) and management of all workflows during construction stages (coordinating construction and project schedule, permitting, handover, project administration).
- Preparation of reports and statements
- Monitoring budget, schedule, and technical requirements, reporting deviations, and proposing corrective measures
- Organizing consultations and maintaining contact with stakeholders
- Preparing and handling documents and materials required for internal and external meetings

Requirements
- Civil engineering degree
- 5+ years of leadership experience in engineering structures or road and utility construction projects
- Active English proficiency, at least intermediate level
- Category B driving license
- Business mindset
- Ability to lead the team adaptively
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Assertive communication skills
