Tasks
- The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and documenting business needs, as well as acting as a bridge between business areas and technology teams.
- The goal is to understand and improve business processes, identify problems, and prepare solutions that support the achievement of organizational goals.

Requirements
- Analytical thinking: problem identification, data and process analysis.
- Communication skills: effective collaboration with business and IT areas.
- Understanding of business processes: recognition of needs, relationships, and development opportunities.
- Documentation skills: structured recording of business needs, requirements, and processes.
- Problem solving: identification and evaluation of solution options.
- Basic technical knowledge: confident use of Excel, as well as knowledge of databases and SQL basics is an advantage.
- Project work and collaboration: teamwork, task prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
