Industrial Engineer (Lean - Business Excellence focus)

Tasks

• Lean management knowledge — value stream mapping / 5S / visual management / SFM / Kanban / Kaizen / root cause analysis
• Management of development and problem-solving processes in the plant across all relevant departments of production, quality assurance, and logistics, including office areas
• Data and system-related topics (e.g., OEE; lead time; defect rate; productivity)
• Active participation in the operation and supervision of production lines based on the LEAN approach
• Leading the optimization of existing manufacturing layouts and workstations
• Cycle time measurement and work process optimization
• Preparation and maintenance of production-related documents, such as work plans and operating instructions
• Organization and moderation of Business excellence workshops
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of lean management / 5S / business excellence
• Presentation skills in front of senior management, as well as willingness to lead teams in various phases of development
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt is an advantage)
• Experience in project management
• Independence, systematization, perseverance, and determination
• Fluent English and Hungarian language skills, German language skills are an advantage
• Excellent MS Office skills
