As a connecting link, you translate the concepts developed by procurement for the stores, facilitate their implementation, adhere to them, and contribute to the development and refinement of the concepts based on store feedback.
Tasks
- Supporting the development of merchandising concepts and their implementation in stores.
- Monitoring compliance with guidelines, reporting on results.
- Conducting store visits, improving merchandising practices.
- Supporting the coordination of store equipment and restructuring.
- Maintaining contact between stores, procurement, and related areas.
- Collecting and analyzing data and market information to support assortment development.
- Monitoring competitors and market merchandising solutions.
- Supporting the preparation and organization of merchandising training.

Requirements
- Basic English language skills.
- Category B driver's license with active driving experience.
- Confident knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Workspace, especially Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good organizational skills, adherence to deadlines, and effective task prioritization.
- Knowledge of and experience with integrated enterprise management and IT systems (e.g., Google, BricsCAD).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a good understanding of processes.
- Accurate, precise, responsible, and reliable work.
- Flexibility, good stress tolerance.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
