Deutsche Telekom is hiring an Engineer for their Budapest location. You will work with DevOps environments, cloud technologies like Docker/Kubernetes/OpenStack, and support Mobile Packet Core systems.
Requirements
- University degree with a focus on computer science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the DevOps environment
- Excellent understanding of the architecture, interfaces and call flows of ePC and 5GC incl. interaction to surrounding systems
- Profound experience with cloud technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes/OpenStack
- Knowledge in Packet Data Core systems
- Extensive knowledge of Helm, Istio, Prometheus, Flux
- Good knowledge of microservice architecture and the maintenance of cloud-based applications
- In-depth expertise with monitoring systems and their evaluations
- Long-standing routine in 2nd or 3rd-level support in Mobile Packet Core systems
- Very good experience in classic and agile forms of cooperation
- Very good skills in English (writing and speaking)
- Willingness to travel
- Experience in scripting (Python)
