Neo Interactive is an independent digital agency with more than 20 years of experience. We're looking for a Senior Digital Expert to lead digital projects, manage the associated client relationships and commercial responsibilities, support our account team and help shape our digital services.
Tasks
- Help our account managers translate client needs into clear recommendations, proposals and actionable briefs.
- Lead web and app development projects from requirements and scoping through testing and delivery.
- Provide expert support across CRM and email marketing, SEO/GEO, measurement and digital analytics.
- Work with developers and specialists to define priorities, coordinate delivery and review the quality of their work.
- Present recommendations, explain results and guide client discussions.
- Share your knowledge internally and contribute to new services and ways of working.

Requirements
- Several years of relevant digital experience, including independently managing web development projects.
- A broad understanding of web, CRM, search and analytics, with deeper practical expertise in at least one of these areas.
- Experience with relevant tools such as GA4, GTM, Search Console, Looker Studio or Mailchimp.
- Sound judgement, initiative and a practical approach to solving problems.
- The ability to make complex topics clear to clients and colleagues.
- Excellent spoken and written English: you can confidently lead client meetings, deliver presentations and explain and defend your recommendations.
