Tasks
- Managing bill payment channels and related processes
- Managing collection processes, including tracking receivables
- Identifying and resolving issues arising during the collection process
- Adapting collection steps to business needs with a customer-centric mindset
- End-to-end understanding and responsible management of the entire process
- Preparing analyses and forecasts regarding the operations of the area, from both operational and managerial perspectives
- Improving efficiency from both cost and customer perspectives
- Supporting decision-making processes with presentations, analyses, and documentation
- Expert support in various tasks
- Managing contracts with external partners, monitoring conditions
- Liaising and negotiating with internal and external partners
- Participation in company-wide projects and initiatives

Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
- Higher education (degree in economics, finance, or marketing is an advantage)
- Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written
- MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and determined attitude
- At least basic use of artificial intelligence tools
