Requirements
- Commercial field: A degree in business, economics, IT, or a related field
- Technical field: A degree in engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, or industrial)
- Communication Skills: Comfortable using English, both written and spoken
- Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 4 years of experience
- Leadership Mindset: Strategic approach and passion for leading
