We are looking for an Ecosystem Specialist for Region East to join our team in Budapest and support regional operations, CRM management, partner relations, and EU/national project coordination.
Tasks
- Provide operational support for regional ecosystem activities, ensuring smooth coordination and implementation of ongoing initiatives.
- Coordinate procurement, documentation, financial and administrative processes, ensuring deadlines, responsibilities and action items are properly tracked.
- Prepare regular operational reports, management overviews and supporting documentation to facilitate effective regional coordination and decision-making.
- Actively manage and continuously improve HubSpot CRM, maintaining accurate and up-to-date partner, stakeholder and event data.
- Develop and improve workflows, automations and integrations to streamline internal processes, reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency.
- Support Ecosystem Leads in partner outreach, relationship management, onboarding and pipeline follow-up.
- Coordinate regional online and in-person events, workshops, matchmaking activities and stakeholder meetings.
- Support the preparation of EU, national and regional funding proposals, including partner coordination and administrative documentation.
- Contribute to the implementation and day-to-day management of awarded projects, including coordination of activities, timelines, meetings and deliverables.

Requirements
- University degree in business administration, economics, management, innovation, European studies, technology or another relevant discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in ecosystem development, operations, project coordination, stakeholder management, CRM management or related fields.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
- Strong digital skills and experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, including data management, reporting and process improvement.
- Good understanding of digital workflows, automation tools and opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Experience in organizing professional events, workshops or stakeholder engagement activities, including logistics and participant coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and international teams.
- Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken, is required.
