TE Connectivity is looking for a Process Engineering Supervisor for its Esztergom site. Responsibilities include professional leadership of a team of 8-9 people, monitoring the technical performance of processes, and supporting production ramp-up.
Tasks
- Professional leadership and development of a team of 8-9 people, proper delegation and prioritization of tasks, performance tracking, and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Responsible for the technical performance of processes, tracking and improving key KPIs (OEE, scrap, cycle time, availability), and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of technologies, equipment, and technical challenges in the area.
- Supporting production ramp-up, coordinating trial production and prototyping.
- Ensures that problem-solving activities identify true technical root causes and result in sustainable countermeasures.
- Application of continuous improvement tools and root-cause analysis methodologies, and guiding the team to prevent and solve problems.
- Planning process engineering resources and determining development priorities.
- Documentation of reports and measures, and regular updates to management.
- Negotiating with foreign partners, participating in meetings representing the department.
- Careful management of conflicts arising within the company and ensuring transparent operations.
