Our partner is a leading independent technology service provider that supports enterprise and public sector clients in procuring, developing, and operating their IT infrastructure. The Technical Presales Specialist sought for the Budapest Centre of Excellence team will be responsible for supporting presales activities related to the hardware portfolio.
Tasks
- You will help ensure our clients' network infrastructure remains up to date
- You will act as a contact person for existing business clients and manage their IT hardware inquiries
- You will create configurations in manufacturer tools and compile accurate price quotes based on them
- You will participate in handling client requests of varying levels and complexity
- As a hardware expert, you will effectively combine your product knowledge with manufacturer processes and tools

Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of relevant presales experience
- Fluent English and German language skills (Dutch language knowledge is an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of IT systems
- Basic economic/business mindset
- Confident MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in an international, remote team
- Excellent communication skills
- Client-centric and process-oriented mindset
