Our dynamically growing company with a nationwide retail network is looking for a Supply Planner to join its supply chain team. Our goal is to further improve product availability, reduce inventory risks, and support business decision-making through proactive demand planning management.
Tasks
- Development and maintenance of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual demand planning operational routines
- Preparation of sales plans (budget) and forecasts at the product and store level
- Development and maintenance of baseline, promotional, and seasonal forecasts
- Rapid re-forecasting during promotions based on actual sales
- Preparation of ad-hoc analyses (variances, shortages, overstocks, promotional performance)
- Preparation of Supply Chain analyses (lost sales, stockouts, overstock, forecast accuracy)
- Proactive management of the demand side, early identification of risks
- Close collaboration with Supply Planner, Inventory Management, Commercial, Marketing, and Procurement teams
- Formulation of proposals to increase logistics and supply efficiency
- Preparation of post-analyses following the closure of promotions and seasons, feeding back lessons learned

Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management
- Experience in generating forecasts, traffic plans, and promotional forecasting
- Proficiency in data-driven decision support and analytics
- Confident user experience with ERP, Excel / BI
- Understanding of FMCG / retail operations logic
- Good communication skills, collaboration with multiple areas
- Precise, structured, and responsible mindset
