You take responsibility for various topics relating to our real estate portfolio and work closely with internal departments as well as external partners and service providers. This is a varied role with plenty of room for maneuver.
Tasks
- Property development: You contribute to strategies and measures that keep our real estate portfolio attractive, economically viable, and future-proof in the long term.
- Climate protection and CO₂ neutrality: You support our journey towards a climate-neutral real estate portfolio.
- Energy: You assist with energy procurement, advance the expansion of our solar roofs, and look into ways to optimize energy consumption.
- Digitalization: You drive the digitalization of our portfolio.
- Funding: You keep an eye on suitable funding programs, in particular preparing KfW applications.
- Outdoor area management: You coordinate topics such as green space maintenance, waste management, playground and tree inspections, tree care, winter services, and underground parking cleaning.
- Organization and overview: You develop transparent overviews of contracts, services, deadlines, and responsibilities.
