ITware is an IT and software development company with over 25 years of experience. We are looking for experienced Senior Business Analysts for key strategic programs of our telecommunication partner across three different project focuses (Enterprise Operating Model, SMB Operating Model Integration, Strategic Business Transformation).
Tasks
- Supporting the implementation of an existing corporate operating model in the areas of service provisioning and management
- Integrating the Small Business segment into the Enterprise Unit operating model, harmonizing business processes, and establishing a development backlog
- End-to-end consolidation of business processes across various organizational units and defining system development requirements

Requirements
- Senior-level Business Analyst experience in a complex, enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience in analyzing, optimizing, and consolidating business processes
- Experience in developing AS-IS / TO-BE operating models and business requirements
- Proficiency in translating business needs into IT development tasks and specifications
- Stakeholder management, independent analytical work, and structured thinking
- Telecommunications experience is a strong advantage!
